What's Important?

Sidewalks are a good place for something to happen. But more on that some other time. What happened today was that a young fella, much like the one on the picture almost ran right through me. He also had a face just like that. Why - is the natural thing to ask, and like most of us would - I asked it. Since there was no one to ask, I turned around and saw that he was in fact hurrying to catch a bus. It must have been some well important bus in order to inspire him to run in the manner that he did, and with the zeal that he had. Then I thought - obviously, catching this bus couldn't have been THAT important. Hence, we humans can at times make a fuss out of things that really aren't that important. By means of hasty generalization I concluded that I also must have things that I get overly excited or upset about that really aren't as crucial as I would think, but still I get irate.
In the split second that I had to avoid his pointy teeth from grabbing my leg, or legs, and dragging them into the bus - this would have made the chase difficult - this underaged, yet already emotionally instable person made me rethink what's important in my life . I strongly recommend you do the same, as it is quite refreshing and liberating and you are after all people that I care about.
Then again, maybe the bus was really as important as the boy's face was sinister, like when Neo ran to the phonebooth to save himself and the world - maybe he helped some people within the Matrix contemplate on importance, although they were still but batteries for robots to feed on without having the slightest clue about it. Suckers, hehehe...
